Prince Alfonso von Hohenlohe first acquired the estate, Finca Santa Margarita in 1946, for his private residence. Due to the large number of guests he played host to, the property was gradually enlarged and it was always his dream to transform his family residence into an exclusive club. The Prince's own definition of luxury was "a blend of privacy and gardens" and this vision has culminated in the Marbella Club Hotel as we know it today. The luxurious beachfront resort offers 132 spacious rooms, elegant suites and exclusive villas. All of the 84 rooms, 37 suites and 11 villas are fully equipped with air-conditioning, satellite television, direct dial telephones, mini-bars, electronic safes, each with its own balcony or terrace. Experience Spanish and International cuisine created by our new Michelin Star Executive Chef, served in elegant surroundings. In addition, we offer a lunch buffet year round at our exclusive Beach Club. Guests of the Marbella Club may also enjoy the dining options at the restaurants of our sister hotel Puente Romano.
